What it is:

The Product Q&A Journey ensures that a proper response is provided when a customer leaves a question on a product detail page. It also ensures proper monitoring of pages in case of inappropriate engagement.

Key to a successful journey:

Providing the correct response to the question whether it be information, onward support or simple acknowledgement.

Objective of the journey:

To engage with customers who are engaging with the platform and products.

BRIEF GBS

The verification journey will be activated as part of the deployment project. It cannot be requested via GBS but will be created by the project team. Please share the filled out copybook with your project team counterpart.
