The Delete Account Journey allows customers to delete their user account, with all relevant indication of what this means.
Key to a successful journey:
Ensuring the customer understands what deleting their account means and that all information will be deleted. Autonomy for the customer.
Objective of the journey:
Allowing customers to close and delete their user account.

Briefing content is easy! Download a copybook and fill out the content. Select the CIAM email folder and then Verification Email and follow the instructions inside.
The verification journey will be activated as part of the deployment project. It cannot be requested via GBS but will be created by the project team. Please share the filled out copybook with your project team counterpart.
