Once the copybook is finalized you can brief GBS to create the page for you.
Go to ‘Check my ticket’ and make an editing request
Briefing content is easy! Download a copybook and fill out the content. Select the CIAM email folder and then Verification Email and follow the instructions inside.

The verification journey will be activated as part of the deployment project. It cannot be requested via GBS but will be created by the project team. Please share the filled out copybook with your project team counterpart.
