Before this journey can start you need to make sure you have something to offer your (potential) customers.
Think about how your product is best sampled by a new customer. What product do they need, how much? How can they use the product to show the usefulness of the product? Are instructions required, and if so how are they provided?
All of this should come together in a nice looking sample kit that you could share with your customers.
Once you have your sample kit, you need to make sure you can deliver the sample kit to those that requested it. Are you shipping them yourself? Do you have an agency that can manage it?
Once you have step 1 and step 2 completed, you can move on to the rest of the journey and request the landing page with form and emails.
